Founder & CEO, Designer in an Instant™ I'm an Interior Architectural Designer, educator, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience transforming residential and commercial spaces, holding a BFA in Interior Architectural Design from UNC Greensboro and a BS in Interior Design and Home Furnishings Marketing from High Point University. As the founder of design+ by CassandraMichelle, I've built a career helping clients make thoughtful design decisions that enhance the way they live, work, and experience their environments. Over the years, I worked with hundreds of clients and spoke with just as many prospects who never became clients, simply because they didn't need a full-service engagement, only guidance on one decision. At the same time, I noticed that nearly every other industry had already found ways to offer instant access to a professional. Interior design hadn't. Recognizing this gap sparked the idea of using technology to connect people with professional design guidance exactly where they are. That idea became Designer in an Instant™ (DII), reimagining how people connect with Interior Designers. DII connects real Interior Designers with clients in real time, making professional design expertise more accessible while creating new opportunities for Interior Designers to grow their businesses on their own terms.
