Founder & CEO, Designer in an Instant™ I'm an Interior Architectural Designer, educator, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience transforming residential and commercial spaces, holding a BFA in Interior Architectural Design from UNC Greensboro and a BS in Interior Design and Home Furnishings Marketing from High Point University. As the founder of design+ by CassandraMichelle, I've built a career helping clients make thoughtful design decisions that enhance the way they live, work, and experience their environments. Over the years, I worked with hundreds of clients and spoke with just as many prospects who never became clients, simply because they didn't need a full-service engagement, only guidance on one decision. At the same time, I noticed that nearly every other industry had already found ways to offer instant access to a professional. Interior design hadn't. Recognizing this gap sparked the idea of using technology to connect people with professional design guidance exactly where they are. That idea became Designer in an Instant™ (DII), reimagining how people connect with Interior Designers. DII connects real Interior Designers with clients in real time, making professional design expertise more accessible while creating new opportunities for Interior Designers to grow their businesses on their own terms. My vision is simple: make expert interior design guidance available when and where it's needed, one thoughtful design decision at a time.

Twenty-five years ago, my husband and I began building, renovating, and designing luxury homes in Westhampton Beach, New York. What started as a shared passion evolved into a career that has allowed me to be involved in every stage of creating a home, from the ground up. Working alongside architects, builders and tradespeople has given me a unique perspective as an interior designer and a deep appreciation for both the beauty and practicality of good design. My true passion is space planning and floor plans. I believe the way a home flows is just as important as how it looks. Every design decision should support the way people live, gather, and connect. I love maximizing views, bringing in natural light, and creating spaces that feel open, comfortable, and functional. Thoughtfully selected furnishings, lighting, textiles, and finishes transform a house into a home. I enjoy helping clients create interiors that feel warm, inviting, and uniquely their own while remaining true to the architecture and character of the home. Listening is at the heart of my process. Every client has a vision, and my role is to understand their lifestyle, priorities, and goals, then bring those ideas to life in a thoughtful and cohesive way. Building, renovating, or furnishing a home can be overwhelming, with countless decisions along the way. My hands-on construction experience allows me to guide clients through the process with confidence, helping them avoid costly mistakes while keeping the overall vision in focus. My goal is simple: to create timeless, authentic homes that are both beautiful and functional, enhancing everyday living and standing the test of time.

Christina Aron Principal Designer · Interior Harmony | NCIDQ, ASID Christina Aron is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer and the founder of Interior Harmony, based in Kirkland, Washington. Her goal is to protect your time and your investment by designing a visually stunning, meticulously crafted home that is tailored to your style and the way you live. She brings her expertise in color and materials to every project. Rather than imposing a signature style, she designs across eras and aesthetics to create spaces that feel unmistakably yours. Her NCIDQ certification gives her a strong foundation in the technical side of design that goes far beyond decorating. She can review blueprints, catch layout problems before they become costly, and help you speak confidently with your architect or contractor. Christina also holds a certificate in Healthy Materials and Sustainable Buildings from Parsons School of Design. She can help you choose finishes and furnishings that are free of harmful chemicals without sacrificing style. She is also skilled in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering, so you can see your options clearly before you commit. In a 1:1 session, Christina is a calm, decisive sounding board. She can help you weigh options, narrow down selections, pull together a cohesive palette, or pressure-test a plan, so you leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Julie Starke, founder of Keys to Living Light, helps clients create homes that are organized, functional, and beautiful. With a passion for simplifying spaces and making homes work better for the people who live in them, Julie specializes in professional organizing, decluttering, downsizing, home staging, and redesign. Julie takes a practical, personalized, and judgment-free approach to every project. Whether helping a busy family regain control of their home, guiding a client through a major downsizing, or preparing a property for sale, she creates solutions that bring clarity and ease to everyday life. Julie believes an organized home doesn’t have to be perfect—it simply needs to work. Her mission is to help clients let go of what no longer serves them and create spaces that feel lighter, calmer, and more intentional. Julie received the 2023 NAPO Minnesota (National Association of Organizing and Productivity Professionals) "President's Award" and the "Local Business Person of 2024" in Annandale, Minnesota.

Kendra Rhoulhac, a proud native of Miami, Florida, is deeply influenced by the vibrant and diverse culture that thrives in South Florida. This rich environment fuels her creativity, inspiring her to explore a multitude of sources—from the beauty of nature to the richness of global cultures experienced during her travels. Kendra believes that the emotional and kinetic connection between a raw space and its design concept is essential in her work, guiding her approach to each unique project. With a keen eye for clean lines and an appreciation for varied textures, Kendra often incorporates soft neutrals accented with vibrant pops of color, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor elements. Her designs frequently feature distinctive architectural details, such as bespoke millwork and striking ceiling designs, which enhance the overall aesthetic.
